Our Mission

To impact the community in the greatest possible way through acts of service.

This scholarship isn't awarded for grades alone. It's awarded to people who lead with integrity, meet adversity with perseverance, and consistently choose to make a difference in their families, workplaces, schools, and communities.

The Awards

Two Community Impact Scholars, chosen each year

Whether you're beginning your educational journey or returning to school to pursue a new goal, we encourage you to apply.

Community Impact Scholar

High School

For one graduating high school senior planning to attend an accredited college, university, trade school, vocational program, or certification program.

Community Impact Scholar

Adult Learner

For one adult currently enrolled — or planning to enroll — in an accredited college, university, trade school, vocational program, or certification program.

Scholarship Amount

$5,000
Awarded to each scholar

Funds may be applied toward tuition, books, required supplies, program fees, certification costs, and other qualified educational expenses.

Eligibility

Who can apply

  • Reside in Arizona, Colorado, Oklahoma, or Wyoming, where W & Partners currently operates.
  • Be accepted to, or enrolled in, an accredited college, university, trade school, vocational, or certification program.
  • Demonstrate leadership, resilience, integrity, and a commitment to serving others.
  • Submit all required materials by the published deadline.

There is no GPA requirement.

We recognize that grades tell only part of a person's story. Character, perseverance, leadership, and service are stronger indicators of future success than a transcript alone. As W & Partners expands into new states, eligibility will expand with it.

What We Look For

The qualities that reflect our values

Leadership

Not defined by a title — shown by taking initiative, solving problems, and setting an example through your actions, at work, at school, in athletics, in faith, or at home.

Resilience

Perseverance, determination, and courage in the face of obstacles — and the resolve to keep pursuing your goals anyway.

Community Service

The heart of this scholarship. Lasting change happens when people intentionally invest in others, through organized work or everyday acts of service.

Character

Integrity, humility, honesty, compassion, accountability, and respect. We look for people who lead by example even when no one is watching.

Future Impact

We invest in people who will keep creating positive change — and we want to know how your education will help you make a lasting difference.

"We invest in people who invest in others."
